BAI TANG GAO

[INGREDIENTS]

300g rice flour
Suitable amount of water
200g sugar
100ml samsu
150ml young coconut water

[METHOD]

1)      Combine rice flour with water, knead to a dough.

2)      Add in sugar, samsu and young coconut water. Mix well and filter. Cover with a piece of damp cloth, leave in the kitchen for 6 hours. Mix well and transfer to a steamer, steam over high heat for 30 minutes.
