Tapioca Layer Cake

 

Ingredients A

600g grated tapioca

600ml coconut milk

200g sugar

2 tbsp tapioca flour

 

Ingredients B

45g rice flour

45g flour

85g tapioca flour

½ tsp salt

100g sugar

500ml coconut milk

40g pandan juice

 

Food Coloring

some green coloring

 

Method

  1. Mix Ingredients A and steam for 25 minutes.
  2. Mix Ingredients B, divides into 2 portions, add green color to one of the portion and mix well.
  3. Pour green color batter onto steamed Ingredients A. Steam for 20 minutes. Pour white color batter and steam for 20 minutes. Serve.
