Water Chestnut Pudding
260g water chestnut (peel and dice)
50ml corn oil
120g water chestnut flour
50g corn flour
50g custard powder
50ml evaporated milk
- Mix Ingredients B until well combined (except corn oil)
- Boil Ingredients A. Add Ingredients B and mix well. Pour in corn oil last.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 inches steaming tray. Steam for 15 minutes. Leave the pudding to cool and chill before serving.
