Seahorse & Dried Oyster Soup

INGREDIENTS

100 gm dried oyster

300 gm chicken meat

20 gm Yin-Yang-Huo

2 sea horses

2 slices ginger

20 gm Dang-Shen

½ tsp salt

1 litre water

 

METHOD

1. Soak dried oyster and sea horses for ½ hour, wash well. Cut chicken into pieces, blanch in boiling water and clean well. Wash Yin-Yang-Huo under running water and drain dry.

2. Combine all ingredients in a steaming pot, steam for 2 hours.

3. Add salt to taste.
