Ginseng & Lin Zi Chicken Soup


½ black chicken

10 gm ginseng slices

15 gm Lin-Zi slices

20 gm Qi-Zi

20 gm dried longan

½ tsp salt

800 ml water



1. Cut chicken into pieces, blanch in boiling water and clean well. Rinse herbs lightly and drain dry.

2. Combine all ingredients in a steaming pot. Steam for 2 ½ hours.

3. Add salt to season.
