Deep Fried Abalone Mushrooms


200 g abalone mushrooms – washed


Frying Batter

Mix all the ingredients till smooth, leave for 15 mins before use:

200 g plain flour

10 g corn flour

1 tabsp sesame oil

100 ml water

Dash of salt

1 teasp baking powder



Dip abalone mushrooms into prepared batter, deep fry over high heat till golden yellow, drain well before serving
